I don’t care if it’s mindless, or stupid, but there are a few things I won’t do. It’s not that I’m too good for these things, it’s that I’m getting old and just can’t do them anymore. The same way you wouldn’t ask a snake to be in charge of making sandwiches, you should not hire me to do anything related to customer service.
